1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Pakistan Real Cash mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
2. Eligibility
To use Pakistan Real Cash, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Pakistani mobile phone number
- Have a valid Easypaisa or JazzCash account for withdrawals
- Possess a compatible Android device (Android 5.0 or higher)
3. Account Registration
When you register an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack or manipulate the app
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Abuse or harass other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Earnings and Withdrawals
Regarding earnings:
- You earn points/cash by completing tasks and referring friends
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₨100
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
- We reserve the right to verify transactions before processing
- Earnings from fraudulent activities will be voided
6. Referral Program
Referral bonuses:
- You earn ₨500 for each valid referral
- Referral must complete their first task to qualify
- Multiple referrals are allowed with no limit
- We reserve the right to modify referral rates
- Fraudulent referrals will not be credited
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and materials in the App are the property of Pakistan Real Cash. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any loss of earnings or data
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Any damage to your device
- Actions of third parties
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violation of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Create multiple accounts
- Abuse the platform
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
